What does "Bio-oil storage" mean in the context of CDR?

Bio-oil storage: Pyrolysis oil, sometimes known as bio-crude or bio-oil, is a synthetic fuel under investigation as a substitute for petroleum. It is obtained by heating dried biomasswithout oxygen in a reactor at a temperature of about 500° C with subsequent cooling and placed into geological storage.
